If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items within 15 days of the original purchase date for a store credit or an exchange.
We accept returns on any new and unused items that have been return postmarked within 7 days from initiating the return.
All items must be returned in the original condition, unwashed and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Shipping and handling is non refundable, a tracking number must be provided for all returns and they are customers responsibility until they reach MR. WEEKEND.
Unfortunately we do not accept refunds of any bespoke orders.
We also cannot accept returns on sale items.
Any major flaws will be listed within the product description and we invite customers to contact us for further information prior to purchase.
We gladly offer exchanges on all eligible items. Once your return is marked as in transit, we will ship your exchange items to you.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for to process your return. Return shipping is non-refundable and will be deducted from your return.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We will ship your orders to the address provided. MR. WEEKEND is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please keep an eye on your tracking number and track your packages to your doorstep to ensure a safe delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but you are unable to find your package, please reach out to your mailing provider to locate your package.
