LOOKING TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items within 14 days of the original purchase date for a store credit or an exchange.

We accept returns on any new and unused items that have been return postmarked within 7 days from initiating the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping (except in the case of an exchange or domestic return for store credit).  We offer exchanges, refunds and store credit which will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt of the return.  

All items must be returned in the original condition, unwashed and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Shipping and handling is non refundable, a tracking number must be provided for all returns and they are customers responsibility until they reach MR. WEEKEND.

Unfortunately we do not accept refunds of any bespoke orders. 

We also cannot accept returns on sale items. 

Any major flaws will be listed within the product description and we invite customers to contact us for further information prior to purchase. 

EXCHANGES

We gladly offer exchanges on all eligible items.  Once your return is marked as in transit, we will ship your exchange items to you. Shipping fees will apply after the initial free shipping. 

REFUNDS

Apparel

All apparel, and one of a kind items are returnable for refund, exchange or store credit (minus initial shipping fee for International and domestic orders) unless otherwise stated. They must be unworn and in resealable condition with all tags intact to be eligible for a return. Friendly reminder to please be extra careful of makeup, deodorant, etc when trying on clothing as we can only accept returns on unworn, unused items in the same condition they were received. 

EXCHANGES

We gladly offer exchanges on all eligible items.  Once your return is marked as in transit, we will ship your exchange items to you :) 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for to process your return. Return shipping is at your cost.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We will ship your orders to the address provided. MR. WEEKEND is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please keep an eye on your tracking number and track your packages to your doorstep to ensure a safe delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but you are unable to find your package, please reach out to your mailing provider to locate your package.
